Gavin Noe, an eighth grader and a notable member of the Garrard County High School Cross Country team, distinguished himself by placing third in the East Jessamine All-Comers Meet yesterday evening. Outperforming dozens of competitors, Noe secured his spot in a field of 50 runners.
