Lady Lions Fall to Boyle County in a Hard-Fought Volleyball Match

In an intense competition on Tuesday evening, August 29, the Garrard County Lady Lions Volleyball team succumbed to Boyle County, ending the match with a 1-3 loss. The game, hosted at Boyle County High School, was a significant contest for both teams and ended with set scores of 25-11, 23-25, 25-17, and 25-21.

The Lady Lions started the match on a challenging note, losing the first set 25-11. Despite the initial setback, the team showed resilience, making a strong comeback in the second set to win it 25-23. The tight margin of victory revealed the determined character of the Garrard County squad.

However, the momentum was short-lived as Boyle County reclaimed control of the game in the third set, sealing it with a 25-17 win.
