Extension Office Hosts Garlic Planting Session on October 26th

Garrard's Gardeners, a newly-formed gardening club, is holding a session on Thursday, October 26th, at 4 pm, focusing on the techniques of planting garlic.

The event will take place at the Garrard Co. Extension Office, under the auspices of the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, University of Kentucky.

Interested individuals are encouraged to call 859-792-3026 to register their attendance.

In a generous move, the club has announced that participants will be gifted garlic to take home and plant.

As the autumn season sets in, it presents an opportune time for gardening enthusiasts to delve into the intricacies of planting this widely-used culinary ingredient.
