Garrard County Lifts Burn Ban, Implements Safety Guidelines
The burn ban in Garrard County has officially been lifted, according to an announcement from Judge-Executive Chris “Roo” Elleman. While residents are now permitted to resume outdoor burning, officials have implemented safety measures to reduce fire risks.
To ensure public safety, authorities are requesting that any burning take place only between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Residents are also reminded to follow all local regulations and exercise caution when burning.
