Garrard County to Honor Veterans with Special Luncheon on November 7
Garrard County will pay tribute to its veterans with a special Veteran’s Day Luncheon scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The event will be held at the Lancaster Baptist Church Family Life Center, located at 201 Richmond Street in Lancaster.
The luncheon is open to all Garrard County veterans, both active and retired, along with their spouses. It is being organized as a gesture of appreciation for the service and sacrifices made by local military personnel and their families.
Brigadier General Ronnie Barnes is slated to be the guest speaker for the occasion, bringing his perspective and experience to an audience that includes many who have served in various branches of the armed forces.
The event is sponsored by Garrard County officials, reflecting the county government’s ongoing commitment to recognizing and supporting its veteran community.
