The Garrard County High School boys soccer team continued their strong season with a narrow 2-1 victory over Somerset Christian School on Thursday night in an away game. The match, held on August 29, showcased the competitive spirit and resilience of the Garrard County team, pushing their season record to 5-1-1.
Garrard County secured the win with goals from Alexander Young and Jackson Kearney, each contributing crucial points to the team's overall score. Young and Kearney's efforts in front of the net were complemented by assists from James Seagraves, who played a pivotal role in setting up both goals.
