Garrard County Fiscal Court to Hold Public Meeting on May 13th

The Garrard County Fiscal Court will be holding a public meeting on Monday, May 13th, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. The meeting will take place at 15 Public Square in Lancaster, KY.

On the agenda for the meeting are several important items:

  • Old Business

  • Plats

  • Approval of Court Minutes

  • Approval of Transfers

  • Approval of Bills to be Paid

  • Approval of last month's Financial Statement

  • CRA Agreement and Resolution for 2024-2025 Budget Year

  • Proposed Use of County Road Aid and Local Government Economic Assistance Funds

  • Garrard County EMA Emergency Operations Plan (Updated 2024)

  • 2024 Salt Bid

  • Opioid Litigation Update

  • Audit Report for Fiscal Court

  • Reschedule May 27th Meeting (Memorial Day)

  • Executive Session
