Garrard County Triumphs Over Danville in Four-Set Volleyball Match

Garrard County's volleyball team emerged victorious in a closely contested match against Danville on Thursday, September 28. The final score was 3-1, with set scores of 25-13, 25-27, 25-15, and 25-20.

The team's overall performance was well-rounded, with contributions from multiple players. Garrard County tallied 40 kills, 11 blocks, 33 assists, 84 digs, and 16 service aces during the match.

McKenzie Martin, wearing jersey number 7, led the team in kills with 13 and also contributed four solo blocks. She had one dig and one service ace. Skylar Mullins, with jersey number 13, matched Martin's 13 kills and added three solo blocks. She also contributed 11 digs and three service aces. Chloe Middleton, wearing jersey number 14, had five kills and led the team in digs with 22. She also contributed six service aces.
