Garrard County Courthouse and Judicial Center to Close Friday

GARRARD COUNTY, KY - In anticipation of the upcoming Rural Heritage Festival, both the Garrard County Courthouse and Judicial Center will be closed this Friday. The closures are related to parking arrangements for the festival.
