Fiscal Court Meets Monday Evening At 6PM

(Lancaster, KY - April 12, 2021) — The Garrard County Fiscal Court will hold their regular monthly meeting for the month of April on Monday, April 12, at 6 pm at the old Garrard County Courthouse on the Public Square.

The agenda for the meeting includes the following topics:

  • KY Transportation Cabinet 

  • Old business 

  • Plats 

  • Approve court minutes 

  • Approve transfers 

  • Approve bills to be paid 

  • Approve last month's Financial Statement 

  • EMS Employee sick time donation for surgery (100 hrs Tim May and 36 hrs Shelly Whitaker to Katrina Halderman) 

  • Give authorization to add Jamie Grutzius to bank signature cards for check signing capabilities 

  • Appoint Matthew Jackson, Zach Harvey, Hagan Poynter to the Willow drive special district 

  • Discuss automatic door for courthouse 

  • Conservation District budget and plan of work 

  • Approve Jail Contract with Jessamine County
