LEXINGTON, Ky. (August 5, 2019) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that this advisory serves as an update.   A closure remains in effect for Leavell Ridge Road/KY 1971 in Garrard County.  A portion of the route is covered with debris from an adjacent creek and has been impassable since Thursday, July 18.
