Kentucky County Clerks Association Welcomes Commissioner of Agriculture and State Treasurer at Meeting

Shell highlighted the diligent efforts of county clerks in serving their communities. Acknowledging the exceptional work of the Garrard County Clerk's Office in his home county of Garrard, Shell expressed his appreciation for their service.
