The City of Lancaster is gearing up for its 2nd Annual Halloween Fest, a family-friendly event packed with fun, food, and festive activities for all ages. This year’s event will take place Saturday, November 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 308 W. Maple Ave.
