Garrard County continues its winning ways with an 8-2 victory over Casey County on Tuesday, Aug. 15. The win improved the Golden Lions to 2-0-1 on the year with the only blemish being a 1-1 tie at Berea.

Nine Golden Lions got into the point column with a goal or an assist.

Junior Zak Dailey led all scorers with three goals. Senior Cristian Jeffries added two while juniors Cristian Jeffries, Clayton Whitworth and Jefferson Morgan each found the back of the net once.

Morgan was also credited with an assist as was senior Chase Wilson. Seniors Jabe Moore and Russ Carrier, and junior Mason Seagraves, each added two assists apiece.
