Camp Dick Robinson's Fall Festival Draws Community Together for a Night of Fun and Festivities

In a remarkable display of community spirit and enthusiasm, Camp Dick Robinson's Fall Festival on Friday evening, Oct. 20, proved to be a resounding success, providing an evening filled with enjoyable activities for students and families alike.

The event was organized by the dedicated Camp Dick Robinson Parent-Teacher Organization (CDR PTO), who ensured that the festival had something for everyone.

The array of activities offered were diverse, catering to both young students and their families. Among the highlights were engaging game stations that captivated the children's attention, as well as an entertaining cake walk that saw participants vie for delicious confectionery prizes. The festival also featured a silent auction, which boasted an impressive selection of baskets donated by community members. These baskets garnered a lot of attention, adding an element of competitive excitement to the evening.

For those looking to spend some time outdoors, the festival did not disappoint. Train rides offered a unique way to take in the atmosphere, while a dunking booth provided a hilarious, albeit wet, form of entertainment. Furthermore, a small petting zoo allowed families to interact with a variety of animals, adding an educational aspect to the festivities.

The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback, confirming that it was a perfect night for families to enjoy. With pumpkins and autumn leaves serving as the backdrop, the festival encapsulated the spirit of the fall season, making it an unforgettable experience for all who attended.
